1. If you place an order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, we guarantee that the order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

2. In the Netherlands, delivery usually takes place the next working day and on Saturday; Belgium or Luxembourg usually within 72 hours. Deliveries to other European Union countries usually take a maximum of 7 days. ​Always check the Track & Trace that we have sent – all the information about your shipment is there.
