Terms and Conditions
1.1 Sensuelland.com is an online store that specializes in the sale of lingerie, nightwear, loungewear and swimwear to consumers.
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded using the Sensuelland.com website.
2.2 Accepting an offer or placing an order is subject to acceptance of the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
2.3 The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions can only be deviated from in writing. If a part of these General Terms and Conditions is deviated from, the other General Terms and Conditions will remain in full force.
3.1 An agreement is concluded by placing an order by the consumer via the website www.sensuelland.com. is entitled to refuse orders or to request additional information. If an order is not accepted, this will be communicated without stating the reason.
4.1 All prices mentioned are in EURO and include 21% VAT.
4.2 After you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your order overview and the total costs. The total costs include shipping costs.
5.1. If you place an order on weekdays before 4:00 PM, we guarantee that the order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
5.2. In the Netherlands, delivery usually takes place the next working day and on Saturday; Belgium or Luxembourg usually within 72 hours. Always check the Track & Trace that we have sent – all the information about your shipment is there.
5.3. Shipping costs within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg with Track & Trace:
the Netherlands – 6,00 €
Belgium – 9,50 €
Luxembourg – 13,50 €
5.4. For orders above 150 € we do not charge shipping costs.
5.5. Sensuelland.com will send your package via PostNL or DHL Parcel Service.
6.1 Payment can be made in (one of) the manner(s) as indicated during the ordering process. Additional (payment/order) conditions may be imposed on a customer’s order. After placing an order, the customer will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail stating the total costs, including shipping costs. Payment is always made in full in advance.
6.2 Mollie: You can electronically arrange the payment of your order via our site. An electronic payment via the Internet can be compared to a PIN payment in a shop. After placing your order, choose the payment method Mollie. A screen will open where you can choose the bank where you bank online. Then You follow the procedure that you are used to with payments via internet banking. In principle, the payment is processed the same working day. 6.3 In case of payment in advance by bank transfer, payment must be received in full by Lingerie.nl within 14 days of the order date.
6.4 The customer gives Sensuelland.com permission to perform all actions necessary for payment to take place in the payment method chosen by the customer.
6.5 When paying by bank, the date of payment is the date of crediting the bank account of Sensuelland.com.
- Cancel order
7.1 Any order can be cancelled by the customer as long as it has not yet been paid.
7.2 In accordance with the Distance Selling Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw (cancel) the order in whole or in part within seven working days of receipt, without down payment of a fine and without stating reasons. The buyer therefore has the option of getting a refund of the entire or partial order amount, provided that it has already been paid. The customer must return the order at his own expense.
7.3 You must contact Sensuelland.com within 7 working days of receipt at the delivery address. In this e-mail you must state your name, order number and (if applicable) your bank details. You also indicate that you wish to cancel your order in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. Provided your request meets the above, you will receive a confirmation within 1 working day with the address to which you can return your order.
7.4 You will receive a confirmation by e-mail once we have received and processed your return. Provided that the full order amount is refunded, no later than fourteen (14) days after the confirmation of receipt of your order by Sensuelland.com
7.5 If you have not canceled within 24 hours after payment of the order, or within 7 working days after receipt at the delivery address and the return has been received by us, or if you cannot submit a confirmation of cancellation, you are obliged to pay. Sensuelland.com is entitled to pass on costs to you if the order has not been cancelled and is not paid within the specified period.
8.1 Sensuelland.com strives to provide you with a high-quality product. Upon receipt of your order, you must immediately inspect the delivered goods and immediately report any defects found in writing via our return form. If the item of clothing does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return the order within 14 working days after receipt. Please send the return shipment in the original quantity, original condition, including labels and packaging.
8.2 As soon as the return shipment has been received, checked and approved by us, we will transfer the total purchase amount of the returned items to your account within fourteen (14) days. You bear the costs of returning the items yourself.
We do not take back items if they are no longer in their original condition, as follows:
– the articles have been worn or washed;
– the articles no longer have the original labels;
– you have attempted to repair a defect yourself;
In this case, the returned products will be sent back to the customer without processing the return.
8.3 We do not accept returns containing used or damaged items. Sensuelland.com reserves the right to refuse to process a refund if all conditions are not met. As a buyer, you are responsible for the goods. Any signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, make it impossible to return.
In the event of excessive returns, Sensuelland.com has the right to refuse future orders or subject them to terms and conditions.
9.1 If you want to exchange the item for a different size, we request that you return the item and place a new order in our store. So you go through the ordering process again.
9.2 The customer is obliged to send the items to be returned at his own expense. Returns, which are sent by post, must at all times be sufficiently stamped, insufficiently stamped returns will NOT be received and therefore NOT credited.
10.1 We do our utmost to keep our website as current as possible. However, it is possible that an article is no longer available. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Complaints or questions
11.1 Sensuelland.com guarantees that the delivered items meet the specifications stated on the website. If you have any questions or complaints about the products supplied by us, you can inform us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org)l. We strive to solve your problem as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after submitting your complaint.
11.2 The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint are for the account of the customer. We will solve the problem in consultation with you as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. 12.1 The delivered items have the properties that you can expect under normal use under the agreement. You can submit any complaints to us in writing or by email.
12.2 The content of this site has been compiled with the greatest care. However, we cannot exclude that certain information is incorrect and/or incomplete. Sensuelland.com is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on its website.
12.3 Sensuelland.com cannot be held responsible for any colour deviations compared to screen display.
12.4 Sensuelland.coml is not liable for loss, theft or damage during shipment by PostNL or DHL Parcel Service.
12.5. Before collecting the parcel, the Customer is obliged to:
– checking in the presence of the courier that the packaging is not damaged,
– checking the contents of the shipment, if the packaging is damaged,
– drawing up a damage report in the presence of the courier at the time of noticing the defect.
If the customer does not comply with the above, no grounds for accepting the complaint are requested.
- Force Majeure
13.1. Sensuelland.com is not liable in case of force majeure. Force majeure in these general terms and conditions is understood to mean all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, on which Sensuelland.com cannot exercise any influence, but as a result of which Sensuelland.com is unable to fulfill its obligations. In the case of force majeure, Sensuelland.com is entitled to dissolve the agreement or to suspend the delivery without Sensuelland.com being obliged to pay any compensation.
14.1. Personal data of our customers are never made available to third parties without the express permission of the customer. Sensuelland.com only uses customer data for processing orders and payments.

15.1. This website is copyrighted in its entirety, including naming, design, layout and text. No part of this website may be used for other websites and/or other purposes without written permission from Sensuelland.com.
- Governing Law
16.1. Sensuelland.com will decide in all cases not provided for in these General Terms and Conditions. All rights reserved.
16.2. Dutch law applies to all agreements and all disputes that may arise therefrom.
